They are coated in 100% medical-grade silicone, and each exerciser contains a small weight in its inner core that moves and swirls with movement. These silicone Kegel balls come with a string for combining the resistance level and for easier removal.
PROGRESSIVE WEIGHTS
These pelvic weights for women by Intimina come in three different weights – 28g, 38g, 48g. You can choose which one suits your needs the best (starting from the lightest), or you can combine them for even better results.
