- Remove the original insole.
- Mark Cutting Line: Place the full-size orthotic insole into your shoe to determine how much needs to be trimmed.
- Cut Excess Material: Carefully use a pair of scissors to trim along the marked lines. Start with small cuts and adjust gradually to achieve the desired fit.
- Test for Fit: Insert the trimmed insole into your shoe and put the shoe on. Make sure the insole fits comfortably and doesn’t bunch up or cause discomfort.
