The Story: While recovering from back surgery as a 27 yr old, I was traveling a lot from work and trying to get my muscle strength back to where it once was prior to the surgery. I was looking for a recovery roller that was portable, versatile, effective and affordable. I couldn’t find it – so I set out to build my own. What Makes Elite Relief Different: Not all rollers are created equal. Every body and every need is different. Regular rollers are limited – can only target certain areas, lack portability, and can’t dig into your muscles so limited effect. Elite Relief targets all areas and is designed to fit your body. It’s contoured gear breaks up muscle fascia, like a massage therapist. It can go anywhere. It is economical and American Made. How To Use: Handheld (neck, arms, quads, calves) – Hold Elite Relief with a firm, not tight, grip. Identify targeted muscle. Roll back and forth as needed Against a Wall (shoulder blades, lower back and outer arms) – Press Elite Relief against a wall, holding it with the opposite hand and in the area you want to target. Stand with feet shoulder distance apart. Bend knees and straighten, slowing rolling up and down on the targeted muscle area Floor (glutes, hamstrings, calves, IT bands) – Place Elite Relief on floor, roller facing up. Position body 2 inches off ground and over specific muscle, bracing body with hands resting on group. Slowly roll back and forth over the targeted muscle area.
