Compatibility Check
Step 1
Use pliers to short the wall button terminals. If the garage door opens or closes, it works directly with MSG100. Otherwise, please go to step 2.

Step 2
If you cannot pass the step 2 check, please send us the learn button color of your garage opener, and we will send you the correct accessory so that MSG100 can be used with your garage door opener.

2.4GHz WiFi network support only: If you are having a mesh WiFi name for both your 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi and it keeps failing during setup. You may need to turn off the 5GHz on your WiFi router temporarily and make sure that your smart device is always covered by a strong WiFi signal.
